Oppo's 'Find 7' officially launched with 50MP camera

Oppo - the Chinese manufacturer launched Find 7 officially at a launch event. The "Oppo Find 7" is the first smartphone featuring a 5.5" QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display making for the amazing pixel density of 538ppi.The Find 7 will be available in two versions, a “Premium” and a “Lite” version, the main difference being their screen resolutions, at either 1080p or 1440p.

  •   5.5" display thanks to a technology it calls Super Screen 2.0. The display is covered by Gorilla Glass 3 for extra protection
  •   2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AC chipset(same as the Galaxy S5)
  •   50-megapixel camera. Powered by a 13-megapixel Sony IMX214 CMOS (10MB files each)
  •   3GB of RAM
  •   32GB of internal storage - expandable
The two versions are slightly different, with the “Lite” version of the device featuring  2.3GHz Snapdragon 800, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a 2,800mAh battery with the 5.5-inch 1080p display. The Lite version of the Find 7 will cost $499 and for an extra hundred bucks, coming in at $599 is the Premium version features a Snapdragon 801, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, a 3,000mAh and yes, that gorgeous 2560 x 1440 display.Both versions also feature rapid-charging from 0 – 75 percent in around half an hour and a titanium-aluminum alloy frame that has five layers of thermal protection inside of tit.Find 7 will be available on sale online all over the globe in April.

Oppo also announced a interesting smart wristband dubbed O-Band. It can track your sleeping patterns, remind you about missed notifications and record fitness data. It features vibration alarm, too.
